Data processed: first and last name, email, phone, country, number of guests and booking details. Before arrival, the details and ID of all guests as required by law. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored by us.

Purposes and legal basis: managing your booking and stay (performance of the contract); compliance with legal obligations, including registering guests with the State Police through Alloggiati Web (art. 109 TULPS), the Rome city tourist tax, statistical reporting and tax obligations.

Recipients: providers that help us manage bookings and payments (Smoobu for the booking system, Stripe for payments), the team members who welcome guests, and the competent authorities for legal obligations. Your data is never sold or used for third-party advertising.

Retention: for as long as needed to manage your stay and then for the period required by legal and tax obligations.

Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing by writing to feelingathome@outlook.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
